tres cool

I know I'm Asian and all but science and math is really not my thing.

But tonight, I got to experience something spectacular in the sky.

The International Space Station and shuttle passed right over my house.

I sat on my deck in awe. I only wish Amara was 1) awake and 2) old enough to understand how unique of an experience this was.

I'm told it's not that unusual for the space station to pass overhead, but tonight it was particularly bright. I'm luck Dad2Amara is a geek and reminded me to go outside to take a look!
today's good: I'm getting caught up on blogs and emails!
today's bad: I'm not getting any closer to getting all the laundry done. Ugh.

  1. Hi, it's Snoskred here. I've recently become a blogging chick and have set myself a challenge to comment on as many Blogging Chick blogs as I can. So that's why I'm here. ;)

I'm a huge space shuttle fan, I have been for years. It's just a happy smiley spacecraft, I think. Though it may have been difficult to see the happy smileyness from such a distance. :) I must try and work out when I can see it here in Australia. ;)

Way down the page you spoke about becoming one of those Mom's and not wearing make up out to run errands anymore. I don't necessarily this that's a Mom thing but more of a woman thing that happens, because I'm the same and I have been for a while now, and I have cats not kids. ;) But then again I never really got into the whole makeup thing too much. I'd rather have a sleep in than get up to do it hehe.

Nice blog you have here, and gorgeous Amara!
